Q: Why 30% down payment?
A: This is necessery to save guard your booking and also to purchase hair and product. This decision came up as a result of people booking for an appointment and they order for hair placed only for them not to show up
The 30% down payment will also be credited towards your service
You areresponsible for canceling or rescheduling your appointment via confirmation email after booking. If you decided not to reschedule Or cancel your appointment 48 hours prior, you will loose your deposit.
After the deposit you will receive an appointment confirmation by e-mail as soon as your advance payment is confirmed.
